It’s with pleasure that we are announcing an update to our infrastructure, in respect to our hosting service agreement.
This update will improve the reliability and performance of our hosting accounts offered to Quebec’s SMBs. Following this update, Nexwave will be able to offer “VPS” solutions to its clientele, which answers to a growing demand in the market.
The update will, however, require a planned service interruption:
Services related to our hosting (email, web sites, FTP ...) will be offline for an approximate duration of 3 hours starting a 9:00am and finishing at 12:00pm EST. This planned outage is in compliance with our 99.9% availability agreement.
As always, to insure the quality of our service, Nexwave has taken the necessary precautions to insure that there will be no data loss caused by this update.
